Updated October 7, 2026. Google-linked app accounts, synchronization and in-app account deletion apply to versions that provide these features. They are not yet available in the public store release at the time of this update. You can contact the developer by email without installing or opening the app.

In the app, open the menu → Account & sync → Delete app account. Confirm the request and verify your identity with the linked Google account.
Without access to the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Español E. account deletion”. Include the email address linked to the app and your request to delete the app account and cloud progress. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents. We verify requests using the registered email address and confirm completion by email.
Deletion removes your synchronization authentication account, nickname and current and preceding cloud progress records. It does not delete your Google account. A minimal internal app identifier and deletion timestamp are retained to prevent still-valid sessions on old devices from recreating deleted records. This security record contains no email, nickname or game progress. It is retained until the operator removes it; there is currently no automatic expiration. In-app deletion completes when identity verification and network requests succeed. Email requests are processed within 30 days after identity verification. We verify and respond without undue delay and follow any earlier deadline required by applicable law. The operator deletes request and response email copies 90 days after completion. Deletion from Firebase's backup systems follows its provider retention period. Firebase currently states that authentication information is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated. This is separate from removing the app's usable account and progress records.
Records on your device remain there. To remove them, clear the app's data or uninstall it after account deletion completes. Uninstalling alone does not delete your app account or cloud progress. Advertising and analytics services retain data under their respective policies. Contact us for related requests.

アプリのメニュー →「アカウントと同期」→「アプリのアカウントを削除」を選び、 確認後に連携したGoogleアカウントで本人確認してください。
アプリを使えない場合は、[email protected]へメールで削除を申請できます。 件名を「Español E. アカウント削除」にし、連携したGoogleアカウントのメールアドレスと、 アカウント・クラウド記録の削除を希望する旨を記載してください。 パスワード、認証コード、身分証明書は送らないでください。 登録済みメールアドレスで本人確認し、完了をメールで案内します。
同期用の認証アカウント、ニックネーム、現在と前回のクラウド進捗を削除します。 Googleアカウント自体は削除しません。古い端末の有効なログイン情報で記録が再作成されるのを 防ぐため、内部のアプリIDと削除日時のみ保管します。この防御用記録にはメールアドレス、 ニックネーム、ゲームの進捗を含みません。運営者が削除するまで保管され、現在は自動失効期限を 設けていません。
アプリ内の削除は、本人確認と通信が成功した操作中に完了します。 メール申請は本人確認の完了から30日以内に処理します。本人確認と対応を速やかに進め、 適用法令でより早い対応が必要な場合はその期限に従います。 申請・回答メールの控えは、対応完了から90日後に運営者が削除します。 Firebase側の認証情報の完全消去には、提供者のバックアップ等の削除期間が適用されます。 現在のFirebaseの案内では、認証ユーザーの削除開始後180日以内にライブ・バックアップシステムから 消去されます。これはアプリ側の利用可能なアカウントと進捗の削除完了とは別です。
端末内の記録は自動では消えません。端末の記録も消したい場合は、アカウント削除完了後に アプリのデータを消去するかアンインストールしてください。 アンインストールだけでは、クラウドのアカウントと進捗は削除されません。 広告・解析データは各提供者のポリシーに従います。それらについても上記の窓口へお問い合わせください。
