Problem: Turn meeting transcripts into useful notes while keeping activation, access, billing, and background processing safe at team and organization scale.

My ownership: Built core product and system foundations across policy, entitlement, APIs, UI, background processing, and regression coverage.

What I shipped / decided: Designed durable transcript processing, meeting-note summaries, team and organization activation, billing ownership, and reliability safeguards.
