We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, performance advertising, customer acquisition, campaign planning, analytics, and online growth.

This is a full-time position for an individual professional. We are not looking for a marketing agency.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and continuously improving BASKITT's digital marketing activities.

The primary focus of this position is performance marketing, customer acquisition, mobile app growth, campaign management, analytics, conversion optimization, and customer retention.

You will work closely with our Creative Specialist, management team, and development team to transform business objectives into structured campaigns with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other suitable platforms.
Increase mobile app downloads, user registrations, first purchases, repeat purchases, customer retention, and revenue.
Develop customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, referral, loyalty, promotional, and seasonal campaigns.
Identify appropriate audiences, targeting strategies, advertising channels, campaign structures, and budget allocations.
Continuously monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns based on measurable business outcomes.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
