A note before we start: This is a comprehensive story of Tsukuyomi and Kagutsuchi’s backstories. It also features a major historical event that relates to these two in particular. Some elements will not be fully fleshed out. If I fleshed out everything, I think this would turn into a full-length novel and it’s already really reaaally long, so I’ll spare your time just a bit. This backstory has a lot of world-building elements, so it’s recommended to briefly skim the other sections before this, namely Classifications and Power System. The writing style and some story elements are inspired by Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint (web novel).
