It depends on what's going on. Check the Staff Directory page to see who does what and who the best person to reach out to is for your specific situation. For anything urgent or sensitive, you can always open a ticket in Discord and it will get to the right person.
Check the PvM Mentors page to see who specializes in what content, so you can request a specific mentor if you'd like. If you want to dip your toes in before committing to a session, keep an eye on the #office-hours channel for when mentors go live.
For all PvM duos, groups, and masses within Eternal Gems the standard rules are:
Splits should always be discussed and agreed upon before a trip begins. If someone refuses to split, take screenshots and report it to a staff member.
The best place to look is the #official-events channel in Discord, where all events are announced with sign up information and deadlines. We also drop a monthly events calendar at the start of each month so you can plan ahead. If you want to make sure you never miss an announcement, make sure you have the relevant event notification roles enabled in Discord.
