How far in advance should I book?
At least 1 week for standard shoots, longer for large events.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes — travel within 25 miles of the service area is included. Beyond that, travel is billed at $0.67/mile round-trip; overnight travel includes lodging at cost, agreed in advance. Full policy: Terms & Conditions.
How much does a shoot cost?
See Pricing / Packages for starting ranges. Final quotes depend on scope.
Do you require a deposit?
For shoots and edits: yes, a 50% retainer confirms your booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before. For equipment rentals: the refundable security deposit — $100 for lighting/audio/support items, $250 for camera bodies and lenses, held via card authorization — is the only deposit needed; no separate retainer applies, and the full rental payment is due 24 hours before pickup. How long until I get my photos/video back?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for +25%, and same-day for +50%, subject to availability.
Can I use the content for ads/commercial use?
Every package includes personal and social-media use. Commercial or paid-advertising use requires the Brand-Shoot package or a separate licensing fee — reach out for a quote.
