Used for event photography, photobooth, headshots, and any shoot where people who are not the paying client may appear in frame.

By participating in this shoot, entering the photobooth, or attending this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant PGFPRODZ permission to use the resulting images/video for the client's intended purpose (event recap, brand content, etc.) and for PGFPRODZ's own portfolio and marketing, unless you decline below or notify PGFPRODZ staff on-site.

For private events, the booking client is responsible for notifying guests that photography/video is taking place.

Minors: Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The accompanying parent/guardian's consent — given here or verbally on-site — is required before a minor is photographed or filmed; if they don't consent, please notify PGFPRODZ staff on-site so the minor can be excluded from shots.
