Summary

Season 1 of the Founding Members Program opens in Beta on March 16th. Once it goes public it will run for a few months — exact duration TBD. You participate by running a node, completing challenges, and contributing to the network in whatever capacity fits you. The more you put in, the more you get out — in points, in standing, and in how your contribution is recognized if and when the network reaches mainnet.

What is the Founding Members Program?

You're not just a tester. The people in this program have been helping build this network from scratch — and that deserves a name that reflects it.

The Founding Members Program is how we structure ongoing participation in building the network. If you're participating in Season 1, you're a Founding Member. That means you were here before most people had heard of this, and your contributions helped make it real.

Season 1 is the first season of that program.

How the program is structured

The program runs in Seasons — multi-month periods of active network testing. Each Season contains:

• Ongoing Challenges — available the entire season. Run your node, help other members, report bugs, share content.
• Events — focused, time-bounded moments inside the season with their own challenge sets. A hackathon, a stress test, an identity verification sprint. Events are announced in advance so you can prepare.
• Challenges — the specific things you do, either inside Events or as ongoing participation.

How points work

Every challenge you complete earns points. Points are weighted by effort and impact.

The floor is low. The ceiling is high.
