How do I publish my event?

Go to the **dashboard,**

• Click on your event card
• Go to the publish tab
• In the publish event section, click on the publish button that is on the right side
• Pay for the required tokens

Publishing lets you invite attendees

Publishing ****your event allows you to invite attendees because this generates:

1. The event URL and
2. The event access code (the event URL lets people easily download the **Viewer** desktop app)

You can find these in the publish tab on the event or meeting page.

Publishing makes your event go live

Publishing also allows your event to go live on the desktop app. This allows people to:

1. Get set up before the event by uploading a picture of themselves, images of their business cards, and PDFs of their handouts
2. Join the event on the event start date

You must purchase tokens in order to publish your event. Publishing your event is when you pay for your features.
