FOUNDING, GOVERNANCE, AND CROWN INFLUENCE

The Light Guild descends from the ancient Light Order, founded by the male god Seriyo Starbright in alliance with the early Felix dynasty during the rise of the Imperial City. Seriyo's ideals centered protection, disciplined service, purification, healing, faith, and the responsible use of divine light.

The Felix dynasty was corrupt from its earliest era and used the Order's legitimacy to sanctify Imperial authority while maintaining concealed mechanisms of coercion and violence.

Council of Three Saints

The modern Guild is ruled by three Elders:

All three were secretly appointed or elevated by King Felix IV. Their public authority appears religiously legitimate, but their placement gives the Crown influence over the Guild's highest mortal leadership.

Hikari Starbright stands directly beneath the Three Saints as a major spiritual, military, and public authority. She frequently disputes doctrine and policy with them and may reluctantly compromise when refusing outright would create greater harm.

Seriyo values Hikari because her protective ideals remain closely aligned with his original intent for the Light Order. Seriyo himself withdrew from routine mortal affairs after the successful rise of the Order and Imperial civilization, becoming complacent until later events reveal how his legacy has been used.
