This is the engine room. Parts 1 and 2 got you clear on who you are and how you're positioned. Part 3 is the repeatable system for making content that gets seen — even on a flat Tuesday when you feel nothing.
Work top to bottom. Order matters: collect raw material first, decode what works, then build hooks, scripts and captions on top of it. Don't try to master it all at once. Do one exercise, post something, come back.
An idea bank that's always full. A decoded breakdown of why a video worked, plus a version adapted to you. 5 hooks. A 30-second script. A trial-reel test running. A caption that gets read. And your own AI brief so nothing you publish sounds like ChatGPT.
Exercises for Part 3 of the guide. Work through them as you read.

The algorithm pushes what interests a lot of people. So you start broad to get reach, then lead into your niche to convert. Pick your two core topics — at least one must connect to what you sell.
| — | Broad angle (mass appeal, stops the scroll) | Narrow angle (your niche / what you sell) |
|---|---|---|
| Core topic 1 | ||
| Core topic 2 |
Now run one idea through the 3-layer structure:
| Layer | Your line |
|---|---|
| TOP — broad, relatable | |
| MIDDLE — deeper / bridge | |
| BOTTOM — your niche / product / CTA |
Working creators don't wait for ideas. They collect on purpose. Set up your folders today:

| Collect. Save references, screenshot hooks, note ideas. Don't filter. | Plan. Pull from the bank, choose 3–5 pieces, batch what you can. | Review. Sort by storyline. Add new sources. |
