<aside> 💡
You've done the deep work — who you are, how you're positioned, how you make content, how you sell. This is where it becomes a real plan you can actually run.
This is a 12-week execution plan. Three phases of four weeks. One focus per week. Don't try to do everything at once — that's how systems fail. Move at the pace of the plan and tick things off as you go.
An archetype that makes you memorable. A content system running 7–10 posts a week without burning out. Engagement habits that compound. A primary platform that's actually working. Your first paid offer live.
The goal isn't to post more. It's to build something you can keep building without dreading it.

Weeks 1–4 · Build the person before the strategy.
Pick ONE primary archetype. Your tone, format choices, and content style all flow from this. You can layer others later — but you need a primary identity first.
| Archetype | What they do | Is this me? |
|---|---|---|
| Builder | Sharing the journey, building in public, real-time updates | |
| Operator | Systems, hiring, revenue, execution — the mechanics of running it | |
| Educator | Tactical breakdowns, frameworks, how-to content | |
| Contrarian | Challenger takes, rethinking best practices, going against the grain |
My primary archetype:
Why it fits me (3 reasons):
How my content tone shifts because of this:
Most creators skip Stages 1 and 2 and wonder why no one listens. Be honest — your strategy depends on this.
| Stage | Where you are | What to post |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Unknown | Nobody knows you. Doesn't matter what you've built. | Prove WHY people should listen. Stories. Results. Specifics. |
| 2 · Growing | Small following. People recognise your name. Not the go-to yet. | Lean into opinions. Branded content. Stop copying templates. |
| 3 · Authority | The 1%. Personality is strong. People follow YOU. | Universal takes work now. Your opinion carries weight. Scale with systems. |
My current stage (honest answer):
One thing from this week that proves I'm at this stage:
