Overview

HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is a powder-bed fusion 3D printing technology engineered for functional prototyping and end-use production. Using HP's proprietary thermal inkjet heads and voxel-level control, MJF deposits fusing and detailing agents across each powder layer to build isotropic, high-density parts with consistent mechanical properties.

The HP Jet Fusion 5600 Series is the current production platform — combining the Build Unit, Processing Station, and SmartStream software into a continuous, factory-ready workflow.
