Core purpose

A volunteer pathway that links Juthour (Palestine) with allied land-based initiatives (named here: Azulteca and Amaru/Amaroo) through a shared learning-and-service arc grounded in sovereign governance and a collaboratively built charter of values.

The arc (end-to-end)

Phase A — Connection + learning (online): A series of free webinars where land stewards/custodians share lived wisdom and practical knowledge.
Phase B — Values alignment + governance: Participants co-create a charter of values and practice group decision-making through that charter.
Phase C — Embodied preparation: Complementary breathwork / energetic embodiment sessions to support nervous system readiness and resilience.
Phase D — Service + immersion (Palestine): A shared period of sacred service at Juthour, contributing skills while learning as stewards of the mountain and land.
Phase E — Integration + iteration: A post-return integration container to harvest learnings, improvements, and what feels most alive, feeding a future iteration and potentially a return.
