SalsaFit Gym is a real, small gym in Bucharest where every class booking still happens manually — through WhatsApp, with no way to know in advance if a spot is even available.

This project takes that real, live problem and redesigns it end-to-end: research, user flow, wireframes, and a full visual identity — turning a 6-step manual process into a one-tap booking flow.
