TL;DR: Smart Capture takes structured notes while you talk, organized around Location, Price, Motivation, Agent, Mortgage and Appointment. Copy them when you press Reset, send them to Follow Up Boss or SureSend, or find them later in Conversations.
What Smart Capture does
Smart Capture listens to the conversation and fills in the key details as they come up. You stay with the person on the line, and the notes take care of themselves.
What it captures
Notes are organized around six areas: Location, Price, Motivation, Agent, Mortgage and Appointment. Each area fills in live during the call.
- Hover over the notes to see what's been captured and what you still need to ask
- Anything Sayso didn't hear shows as "Not captured", which tells you what to ask on the next call
Getting notes into your CRM
- Between calls: press Reset and choose Copy and reset, then paste into your CRM
- Follow Up Boss or SureSend: connect under Settings › Connections, then click Add under the call summary in Conversations. See Connect Follow Up Boss or SureSend.
- Forgot to copy? Every call is saved in Conversations. See Where are my call notes saved?
Good to know
- Smart Capture can mishear names and street names. Glance before you paste.
- Notes can't be edited inside Sayso yet. Edit them in your CRM.
- Calls are not recorded. The live transcript is discarded after the session.
