-How do I scan a product? Open Taza, point your camera at the product's ingredient list, and Taza will analyze the ingredients to show you whether it's halal along with a health score.

-What does "doubtful" mean? Some ingredients are not clearly halal or haram. Taza marks these as doubtful (mushbooh) so you can decide for yourself.

-What is Taza Premium? Taza Premium unlocks unlimited scans and full halal and health insights. It's available as a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewable subscription.

-How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Taza. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel there at any time.

-I was charged but didn't get Premium. What do I do? Email us at the address above with your purchase details and we'll help you restore access.
