These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, software, and applications provided by AH Technology Ltd, trading as Klyk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), specifically our application Resolver by Klyk deployed within third-party communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Chat (collectively, the "Service").
By integrating, installing, or using Resolver by Klyk, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 The Service Resolver by Klyk acts as an automation and management interface between your chosen communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat) and your designated third-party IT infrastructure, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms like NinjaOne, and Identity Providers (IdPs) like Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Entra.
1.2 Explicit Consent for Administrative Actions You acknowledge and agree that Resolver by Klyk requires "Super Admin," "Global Admin," or similarly elevated permissions to function. By providing the Service with API tokens, OAuth grants, or service account credentials, you explicitly authorize Resolver by Klyk to execute administrative actions—including user provisioning, permission modification, and endpoint management commands—based on inputs received from your communication platforms.
2.1 No Liability for Third-Party Downtime Resolver by Klyk is dependent on continuous access to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or accuracy of third-party platforms (including Slack, Microsoft, Google, Okta, and NinjaOne). Changes made by these providers to their APIs, access policies, or service terms may degrade or break the Service. Klyk bears no liability for interruptions caused by these external vendors.
2.2 Third-Party Terms Your use of Resolver by Klyk is subject to your continuous compliance with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of your chosen communication platforms and infrastructure providers.
Resolver by Klyk treats commands issued from your authorized communication platforms as highly trusted, verified commands.
3.1 Customer Responsibility for Access Control You are strictly and solely responsible for maintaining the security of your communication platforms. You must implement robust access controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), within your Slack, Teams, and Google Chat environments to prevent unauthorized access to Resolver by Klyk.
3.2 Compromised Workspace Liability Klyk is not liable for any unauthorized actions, data loss, device modifications, or infrastructure damage executed through Resolver by Klyk if such actions originate from a compromised user account within your communication platforms or identity providers.
4.1 Customer Data You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data, chat logs, and metadata processed by Resolver by Klyk ("Customer Data").
4.2 Data Processing Our collection, use, and retention of Customer Data, including data retrieved from NinjaOne and Identity Providers, is governed strictly by the Klyk Privacy Policy at https://app.notion.com/p/Privacy-Policy-3e4a14e0943e80af8ba6f8cd5fed8869?source=copy_link.
4.3 AI and Training Restrictions Klyk does not use Customer Data to train proprietary or public Large Language Models (LLMs), nor do we sell Customer Data to third parties.
4.4 Data Processing Agreement (DPA) To the extent that Klyk processes any Personal Data (as defined by UK GDPR) on Customer’s behalf in the provision of the Service, the parties agree that such processing shall be governed by Klyk’s Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5.1 Klyk IP Klyk and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Service, including Resolver by Klyk, the underlying software, algorithms, user interfaces, and any updates, enhancements, or modifications thereto. No rights are granted to you hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.
