These terms govern the Usernode Testing Programs, also known as the Founding Members Program. We've tried to make them as clear as possible. The summary above is provided for convenience only and does not form part of these Terms.

Scope and Acceptance of Terms

  1. Welcome to the Usernode testnet usage and feedback program (“Testnet Program”). The Testnet Program is an initiative intended solely to help test, evaluate, and improve pre-mainnet software and network components through participant testing and feedback.
  2. Participants (“you”, “your” or “Participants”) may be credited with non-transferable, off-chain points (“Points”) as an internal record of testnet participation and other contributions (each, an “Activity”). Points are used only for internal evaluation and engagement purposes and may be displayed to you in connection with the Testnet Program.
  3. The following terms of participation (“Terms”) apply to all Participants of the Testent Program and are entered into by and between you and Usernode Labs Ltd, with registered office at Bahnhofstrasse 7, 6300 Zug (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”). The Terms, together with any documents incorporated by reference, govern your participation in the Testnet Program, including all related tools, websites, web applications, smart contracts, and application programming interfaces (APIs) made available by the Company in connection with the Testnet Program (collectively, the “Program Materials”).
  4. By accessing or participating in the Testnet Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Testnet Program.

1. Changes to Terms and Changes to Program

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time in our sole discretion by updating the “Last updated” date above and/or by posting the updated Terms on the relevant Testnet Program website.

Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend, modify, limit, or terminate the Testnet Program (including any Season, Activity list, Points logic, display, ranking, or related features) at any time, with or without notice, and without any obligation to continue, complete, or recognize any participation.

2. Eligibility and Exclusion

By participating in the Testnet Program, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority, and legal capacity to accept these Terms;
  2. your participation is permitted under the laws applicable to you (including the laws of your country of residence and/or citizenship);
  3. you are not subject to personal sanctions issued by the UN, US, EU, UK or Switzerland ("Sanctioned Persons”);
  4. you are not participating from, or are a national or resident of, any of the countries embargoed or restricted by, including without limitation, the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), the Council of the European Union, His Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK Treasury), and the U.S. Department of Treasury including, but not limited to: Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo, Cuba. DPRK (North Korea), Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), Republic of South Sudan, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, or Zimbabwe (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”);
  5. you will not use, and will not or encourage, instigate, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to use the Testnet Program for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purpose; and
