Welcome to CarSmith ("CarSmith," the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). CarSmith is a mobile application that lets you upload photos of vehicles and use artificial intelligence to create edited images and videos — including dream-car designs, color changes, background changes, style matching, object replacement, and similar creative effects.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CarSmith governing your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using CarSmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the more protective terms for you as a user apply to the extent required by Apple.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use CarSmith. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use CarSmith on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple EULA and any usage rules of the App Store.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• Use the App in any way that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that could disable, overburden, or impair the App or its services;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

3. User Content

"User Content" means the photos, images, text prompts, and other materials you upload to or create with the App.

• You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and modify your User Content solely to provide the features you request (for example, generating an edited image or video). We do not use your User Content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
