In order to be compensated for your time in lectures, labs, office hours and any team syncs, you will need to keep track of your time.
[ ] Go to CoAd and enter your ⏳ hours worked and add 🗒️ notes per entry (❕adding notes is a requirement).
[ ] Ensure you enter the hours within the correct Pay schedule.

Pro-tip: add the Payroll Calendar (Google Calendar) to your CodePath account so you see all the upcoming dates directly on your cal!

[ ] Depending on your program, either your IPM or instructor will review and approve.
If you do not see the Notes field when entering time, you can adjust your setting following the steps below.
Go to Actions —> Time Sheet Entry —> Enter time —> add a note for what that task was (i.e. lecture, lab, office hours, 1:1, etc).

If you do not see the Notes column, click on the settings gear ⚙️ on the right corner, then add Notes and save.

If you missed the timecard submission deadline for the current pay period, you will need to submit a retroactive pay request to receive payment for your hours. Follow the steps below.
‼️ Important: Submitting your timecard on time is an expected part of your responsibilities as a Tech Fellow and helps ensure accurate, timely payroll. Repeated late submissions and retroactive pay requests may be considered when evaluating future staffing opportunities.
