1. Leadership & Team Coordination

   • Directed a 20-member team comprising students from FISIP and FIB.
   • Coordinated with 2 academic supervisors, 4 hamlet heads, village administrators, neighborhood leaders (RT), Posyandu, elementary school faculty, Karang Taruna, and participant guardians.

2. Data-Driven Social Mapping & Community Needs Assessment

   • Coordinated social mapping across 2 hamlets using Google Forms questionnaires, qualitative interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
   • Worked with a target sample of 317 respondents, calculated from a population of 1,525 households using Slovin’s formula with a 5% margin of error.
   • Coordinated data collection involving 159 respondents through the JANTRA Group 64 team.

   • Ensured parental consent documentation was obtained for all 9 child performers.

5. Program Evaluation & Reporting

• Conducted program evaluations using participant satisfaction questionnaires and feedback surveys.
• Identified operational challenges involving communication gaps, irregular team meetings, and opportunities to improve weekly evaluations.
• Contributed in produced video documentation and supported publication across social media channels.
