An assistant is a role in the Builder. They perform similar duties to a planner but can’t invite other roles. Assistants are typically assigned to specific tasks in an event or meeting such as designing the 3D space, managing engagements, or creating agendas.

Assistants are often given functional specialties to ensure events run smoothly without the planner having to manage every detail.

Inviting an assistant

To invite a new assistant,

• Go to the dashboard
• Click on an event or meeting card
• Go to the roles tab in the event or meeting page
• Scroll down to assistants, click on the + at the top
• In the new assistant fields below, enter the assistant’s information
• Click on the invite button to the left of their name
  • An invitation email will automatically be sent to them
  • They can login and accept the role
