Airevent's token system is designed to give you flexibility.

Updating features

Tokens give you the flexibility to update your event features after you’ve published your event.

If you need to change your event’s features (number of live hours, total avatars, or rooms & engagements) after publishing it, you can update them any time up to 30 minutes before your event starts.

Reusing tokens

Here’s how it works:

• First: Update your features in the builder tab.
• Second: Re-publish your event in the publish tab.

The available tokens that you used to publish your event the first time become allocated tokens.

These allocated tokens will be used again if you re-publish your event.

You can do this as many times as needed. However, once your event starts, the allocated tokens are consumed and can’t be used again.

How to update features

To update your features, go to the dashboard,

• Click on your event or meeting card
• Go to the publish tab
• Under event price, click on any underlined features items that you want to update:
  • Live hours
  • Total avatars
  • Rooms & engagements

Clicking on an underlined features item will take you to where you can update these features.
