TL;DR: Headphones on, dial from your computer, open the widget, pick Buyer or Seller, and press Start. Press the yellow Reset every time a new person picks up. Press End when your dial block is over.

Before you dial

  1. Put your headphones on and check your dialer is set to call through the computer, not your cell. See Set up your audio: headphones and computer calling.
  2. Open the widget from the ⚡ bolt (Mac), the tray icon (Windows), the web app's Launch Coach button, or the shortcut: Control + S (Mac) or Alt + Shift + S (Windows)
  3. Select your lead type (Buyer or Seller). It can't change mid-session, so group your buyer calls together and your seller calls together.
  4. Click Start

During the call

Give it about 30 seconds. Prompts start once Sayso has enough of the conversation to work with.

Glance, don't read. It feels odd for the first few calls. It's the same skill as using a script. Lead with your script and use prompts in the pauses.

Pin or close prompts. Prompts stack up to five. Hover a prompt to pin it or close it. Close one and the next one moves up.

Collapse prompts for a cleaner screen. Tick the box next to the menu icon to hide them. A red dot tells you a new one arrived.

Hide panels you don't need. The icons on the top bar toggle Cue, Smart Capture, Pulse and Playbook.

Keep your CRM windowed. The widget stays on top of normal windows but can hide behind full-screen apps.

Each time a new person picks up

Press the yellow Reset button. Choose Copy and reset to grab that call's notes in the same click. Reset tells Sayso a new conversation started. Skip it and you'll get "book the appointment" prompts on a fresh hello. Never press Reset mid-call. See When to hit Reset (and why it matters).

End your session

When your dial block is done, click the red End button. Turn on Auto Stop in settings so the session ends on its own if you walk away.
