A Credit Pack is a one-time purchase of extra credits on top of your subscription: a fixed or custom amount you buy once to keep generating after your monthly credits run out. It doesn't change your plan, doesn't unlock new features or models, and doesn't renew automatically. Credit Pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and require an active subscription to use.

How do I buy a Credit Pack?

1. Select Buy Credits in the top navigation, or open your account menu and select Top-up credits.
2. Open the Top-up Credits tab.
3. Choose a fixed or adjustable pack size and complete checkout.

Does buying a Credit Pack change my plan?

No. A Credit Pack only adds credits. It doesn't upgrade your plan, doesn't add new models or features, and doesn't affect your renewal date or subscription price.

In what order are Credit Pack credits spent?

Subscription credits are always used first. Once your subscription balance reaches zero, the system automatically switches to your Credit Pack balance. This way you never lose the benefit of your monthly allowance, and your purchased packs remain available for their full 90-day validity.

Do Credit Pack credits expire, and what happens if I cancel?

Credit Pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. If you cancel your subscription, the credits aren't lost: the 90-day timer keeps running, and the balance is unavailable until you reactivate a subscription. Can I get a refund for a Credit Pack?

Yes, if the credits from that pack haven't been spent and the request is made within 7 days of the purchase or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction. See How do I request a refund?
