Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% retainer is required to confirm a shoot or edit-only project booking. The date/slot is not held until the retainer is paid. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot or service start time.
• Equipment rentals work differently: the refundable security deposit — $100 for lighting/audio/support items, $250 for camera bodies and lenses, held via card authorization — is the only deposit needed to confirm your rental; no separate retainer applies. The full rental payment is due no later than 24 hours before pickup. The deposit hold itself is released within 3 business days of the item's confirmed, undamaged return. • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal (no fee); card or ACH via invoice (3% processing fee applies).
• See the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below for when the retainer is refundable.
• Invoices unpaid more than 7 days past the due date accrue a 5% late fee, and further deliverables (raw files, additional revisions) are paused until the balance is settled.
• Rush and travel fees are billed on top of the package price and are due under the same terms as the balance.
