Cancelling turns off auto-renewal: your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the free tier. Cancel from Manage Account → Subscription → Plan Settings → Manage Subscription → Show → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling doesn't delete your account or your generations.
Cancelling turns off auto-renewal. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, no further charges are made and your account switches to the free tier.
Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund: no money is returned automatically. See How do I request a refund? And if your goal is to reduce costs while keeping your content and credits accessible, consider downgrading instead. See How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Manage Account → Organization → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription, then fill in the Subscription Cancellation Request Form and submit it. Only the workspace Owner can do this. After you submit the form, you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation: keep an eye on the inbox linked to your account.
| Credit type | On cancellation | After paid period ends |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription credits | Active until end of paid period | Expire permanently |
| Credit Packs | Unavailable without an active subscription | Accessible again on reactivation, if the 90-day validity has not expired |
| Auto-Refill credits | Unavailable without an active subscription | Accessible again on reactivation, if the 90-day validity has not expired |
| Promo credits | Unavailable without an active subscription | Expire if their expiry date passes while inactive |
| Boost Credits | Unavailable without an active subscription | Accessible again on reactivation, if the 90-day validity has not expired |
Credit Pack credits are not lost when you cancel: the 90-day validity timer keeps running, but the credits are unavailable until you have an active subscription again. If you reactivate before the window closes, your remaining balance is accessible again. For the full breakdown, see Do my top-up credits expire, and what happens if I cancel?
Does cancelling take effect immediately?
No. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Will I lose my generations when I cancel?
No. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal and doesn't delete your account or your generations. If the account stays inactive for a long time, older content may be moved to cold storage under the Terms of Use, but it isn't deleted. If you want to remove everything, that's a separate action: see How do I permanently delete my account?
