Airevent plans

Each plan is a sample plan that is meant to give you an idea of what you can build (they aren't fixed plans).

You can add any feature to any plan, and in any plan you can add any feature.

The main feature of a plan is the type of room or rooms that you will need for the type of event you will be hosting.

You only pay for what you need

Because you can customize your plan, you only pay for the features that you actually need.

Each plan is a starting point in your quest to build an event or meeting. The plan you select is not set in stone, it is customizable with every feature that is available in your event or meeting solution.

Build for free

Every new Workspace starts with a free plan. You can customize your entire event for free in the Builder that you access on your web browser. You can also explore your event by yourself for free in the Viewer that you access by downloading the desktop app. Exploring your event beforehand allows you to be sure that you only pay for the features that you want when you publish your event and go live.

Publishing your event

To publish your event and make it accessible to attendees, you'll need to purchase tokens to cover the price of your plan (pricing consists of live hours, number of avatars, and rooms and engagements). Once payment for your tokens is processed, you can publish your event. Once it is published, you're ready to invite your attendees and go live with your event.
