Older requirements in this archive, including the attached seven-image AGENT summary, are superseded wherever they conflict with the current guide and approved story.

Historical Branching Notes — 2026-10-16

The two routes are forced by a turning-point event, not selected from a player menu. If the event causes the system to classify the protagonist as suspicious, he loses normal access and must uncover loopholes and hidden routes. If he is instead treated as trustworthy and drawn into administration, he has to infiltrate the upper ranks and acquire real power to work from inside. Only one route unfolds in a given playthrough. The Master remains the protagonist's guide regardless of which circumstances arise. Outside allies, technical specialists, underground resources, and internal political conflicts may shape different scenes, but these are variations within one continuous mystery—not two separate stories. Both routes aim to uncover the same truth and break the system.

The incident itself is not finalized. A compulsory audit after a resident's disappearance is a proposed example, not an approved fixed plot event. The two final endings remain Escape and Destroy the System, independently of which route leads to the core.

These current decisions supersede any route descriptions in the older recovered manuscript or attached AGENT reference that sound like a direct player choice.

Historical source archive. The current English story and eight-chapter sequence are maintained on Storytelling (Infinite Mirror).

Original drafts, the full 80-frame storyboard, the separate ability variant, production references, and source records remain below. Older proposed endings are historical; the current story retains only Escape and Destroy the System.
