Want the whole journey in one read? The Commercial Growth Playbook walks all three stages in depth, from mapping your market to owning the pipeline, with a readiness check at the end of each stage.

Three stages, in order, and each has to produce something before the next will hold. Stage 1 is a map of every commercial building and decision maker in your territory. Stage 2 is being known inside those buildings before the loss and written into their plans, so the call comes to you when nobody who knows you is on shift. Stage 3 is the follow-up discipline that turns a known name into a signed account the business owns.
The order matters. Outreach without a map is a rep working a list nobody built. Relationships without a follow-up system are a stack of good first meetings that went cold at day thirty. Plenty of shops have some of one stage and none of the other two, which is why commercial arrives in bursts.
Plenty of shops hit the same four walls:
Your commercial total addressable market (TAM) is every commercial building and decision maker in your territory worth pursuing. It is a map, not a lead list, and building it means answering four questions in writing.
