The gate dates, sprint progress and gate status fill in for you. Put real dates and real names in the fields, tick boxes as the work lands, and the page becomes the record of how your division actually got built.
Read the guide first if you have not. It explains why the sprints run in this order.

Which ninety days is this? There are two 90-day boards in the library and they do different jobs. This one is the infrastructure that has to exist before you can safely sell commercial: pollution coverage, Master Service Agreement (MSA) terms, a line of credit, standing rental and fuel accounts, a commercial project manager, vetted industrial hygienists. Template: Your First 90 Days in Commercial is the owner's sales entry plan: name an owner, build the target list, run the weekly cadence, walk buildings, open MSA conversations.
The logical order is infrastructure first, then the sales motion, which is why Sprint 3 sits last on this board. If your shield is already mostly in place, or you are a small shop where it is a short list, running the two in parallel is reasonable, and the setup work on that other board carries no risk at all: naming the owner, drawing the territory, and building the target list can start on day one either way. The lines worth holding are the two gates below. No Sprint 3 outreach until the Sprint 1 shield clears, and no signed MSA or accepted commercial loss until a commercial project manager is in the seat.

Fill this in before you tick a single box. Every launch needs a date and one owner.

The one rule. No outreach in Sprint 3 until the Sprint 1 gate clears. The shops that get hurt on commercial ran it the other way: won the building first, then found the insurance gap, the cash hole, and the missing project manager all on a job that was already running.

None of this wins a job, but you need all of it before you can safely take one. Do it while the books look strong and nobody is under pressure.
