Score nine lines, total the two halves, and read your Level off the weaker one.

The working companion to The Commercial Health Scorecard: Where Does Your Business Stand?. That page explains what each line measures and where the thresholds come from. This is where you score your own business and keep the result.

Mark each of the nine lines 0, 1, or 2 in the last column, add up each half in the totals table, and read your Level off the bands at the bottom. It takes about five minutes if you know your numbers and about twenty if you have to go find them.

The scoring rules here match the Scorecard page line for line. If you ever find a difference between the two, the Scorecard page governs and this worksheet gets corrected.
