Score where production stands, then run ninety days of fixes.

The working companion to The Production & Operations Playbook: Running Every Job From First Truck to Final Walk. The playbook explains the system. This is where you run it.

Who this is for. Owners and production managers who want production to stop depending on who happens to be on the truck. Use it to score each stage of the job, pick the one track that fits, and log one improvement a week for ninety days. Fixing the system is separate work from running the jobs, and this is where that work lives.

Your stage tiers, overall tier, track, top three gaps and leg averages fill in for you in the sheet. Check boxes as you go and the page becomes the record of what you actually did.

If you have not read the playbook yet, read it first. This will not make much sense cold.

Part 1. Your baseline

Before you score anything, measure. Pull your last ten closed jobs and write five dates for each. The days between them are your four legs.

Part 2. Score yourself

Work down each stage. Tick only what is true today, not what is planned. If you do not run a stage (a mitigation-only shop skips the rebuild, for example), leave that stage out of your score; the playbook's If you only do part of this table shows which stages are yours. The handoff stays yours even if someone else rebuilds.
