A RocketLevel audit for restoration owners, built to sit alongside Single-Vertical Is Still Single-Channel. About thirty minutes on your own numbers.
Single-Vertical Is Still Single-Channel makes an argument and ends with three questions. This page is where you answer them with figures instead of a feeling. You will fill in three tables, get three percentages, and read all three against the zones the library already uses.
The three numbers rarely agree, and the worst one is often not the one you have been watching, so run all three.

Vertical asks what kind of building the money comes from. Multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, schools, warehouses.
Channel asks how the work reaches you. A direct agreement with the building owner, a third-party property manager, a carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) assignment, a general contractor, a trade referral.
They come apart in both directions, and each direction is a real book that somebody is running right now.
So you map both, then name the entities underneath them. The worst of those readings is the one that governs. A single decision in any of them moves the money.
Steps 2 through 5 run on your commercial revenue. Step 6 switches to total company revenue, because that is the base its test was written against. Capture both now so you are not guessing later. Use the last twelve months for all of it.
