Event plans
Event plans are samples of the types of the events that you can create.
You can add any event room and meeting room to any event plan. For example, you can select the exhibit hall plan and add an auditorium and a networking pavilion.
Events are large group gatherings that use large event rooms.
Event plans payments
- Event plans have a one-time payment model (events take place once and are over).
- You can also add any meeting room to your event plan, however, they will still be part of the event’s one-time payment.
- Meeting plans have a monthly subscription payment model, but this doesn’t apply when you add a meeting room to an event plan.
Event rooms
There are four types of sample event plans, and each use a specific kind of event room:
- Free – customize and explore your event for free, then pay so you can host your event and invite attendees.
- Event plans – turn your free plan into a paid event plan when you publish it.
- Pavilions – for networking events, with tall standing tables.
- Ballrooms (600 - 6,000 capacity) – for galas and occasions, with round 10–person tables. (coming soon)
- Auditoriums (650 - 6,000 capacity) – for conferences, summits, and conventions. (coming soon)
- Exhibit Halls (40 - 410 booth capacity) ****– for expos, trade shows, and fairs, with exhibit booths. (coming soon)
Events are typically used to engage people in the promotion of a product, cause, or occasion.
Events are usually organized by event planners who represent associations, corporations, nonprofits, education institutions, influencers, or families.
