Meeting plan

The meeting plan is a sample of the types of meetings that you can create.

It gives you meeting rooms that you can use repeatedly. You can add any meeting room to your meeting plan.

**Meetings** are group discussions and presentations that use rooms that are smaller than event rooms.

Meeting plan payments

• The meeting plan has a monthly subscription payment model (this allows you to use meeting rooms repeatedly).
• You can also add any event room to your meeting plan, however, an event room will be a separate one-time payment.
  • For example, you can select one or more meeting rooms and also add an auditorium or other event rooms.

Meeting rooms

There is one meeting plan, and you can customize the plan by selecting one or more types of meeting rooms.

• Free plan – select your rooms and explore your meeting for free, then pay so you can host your meeting and invite attendees.
• Meeting plan – turn your free plan into a paid meeting plan when you publish it.

There are seven types of meeting rooms to choose from:

• Boardroom – 35-person capacity – for board meetings, leadership meetings, and deliberations. (coming soon)
• Teamroom – 15-person capacity – for collaborations, trainings, and group discussions. (coming soon)
• Lounge – 50-person capacity ****– for exclusive engagements, important conversations, and social encounters. (coming soon)
• Small Classroom – 30-person capacity – for daily lessons, interactive learning, and group discussions. (coming soon)
• Medium Classroom – 50-person capacity – for daily lessons, interactive learning, and group discussions. (coming soon)
• Large Classroom – 120-person capacity – for daily lessons, interactive learning, and group discussions. (coming soon)
• Extra Large Classroom – 250-person capacity – for daily lessons, interactive learning, and group discussions. (coming soon)
