  1. ๐Ÿ“„ An episode page: How to Get Your First 10 Customers. Scroll to What it means for me: it's written for this founder's own project.
  2. โš”๏ธ Where guests disagree: Warm network first. Two episodes agree on where to start, and pull in different directions on why.
  3. ๐ŸŽ“ One idea, two different shows: Talent over experience. The founders of Bending Spoons (on David Senra) and Revolut (on 20VC) agree, and it challenges this founder's plan to hire "someone from hospitality".
  4. ๐Ÿ”„ Notes that follow your life: the founder now has 6 paying restaurants and is hiring a first salesperson. After updating My context, cue refreshed the earlier episodes (open Previous version under What it means for me to compare), and the two newest episodes are about the next step: hiring.

Why "cue"? A cue point is the exact spot in a track you jump back to; a retrieval cue is the hint that brings a memory back. Pronounced like the letter Q.
