Tokens

Each token is equal to $1.

Tokens are how you pay for things in Airevent.

Three categories of tokens

• Available: These tokens are available because you purchased them, but they have not been used yet.
  • You can use them to publish or explore (as a group) your event.
  • These tokens can also be used for other events.
• Allocated: These tokens are allocated because you used them to publish your event, so they have been allocated to your event.
  • They can be used again if you change the features of your event and want to re-publish your event.
  • These tokens can’t be used for exploring your current event, or for publishing or exploring other events.
• Consumed: These tokens are consumed because they are used up once your event starts.
  • They can’t be used again after they are consumed.

After an event is over, any unused available tokens can be seen in the Workspace. You can view them there in the tokens tab.

All tokens that you purchase are non-refundable.

Exploring events

Tokens are how you pay to explore your event as a group – exploring an event by yourself is free.

You typically explore your event in the Viewer before you publish and pay for it. This way you can see what it looks like in its 3D environment before you buy it.

To explore an event as a group, you use available tokens. These tokens cover two expenses:

• Time in the Viewer
• Number for avatars

Publishing events

Tokens are how you pay to **publish** your event. This is when you pay for the features you have selected.

You publish your event in the **Builder** so you can **invite your attendees** and make your event go live.
