Denis Gladiy is the independent creator of Real Life, a hardcore RPG built with Unreal Engine 5. He began building the game independently in 2022 and has continued developing it alongside his primary employment, investing much of his free time. The project has a Pre-Alpha available through Steam; a persistent public MMORPG, guild sieges and large-scale PvP remain long-term ambitions, not already released services.
Denis brings over 15 years of experience playing MMORPGs. His participation spans solo adventures, regular parties, legion officer responsibilities, guild organization and siege activities. Diablo, Gothic, Morrowind, Oblivion, Lineage II, Ragnarok Online, Aion and The Elder Scrolls Online strongly influenced his vision of a game where progression, exploration, cooperation, risk and team decisions truly matter.
Denis has 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10 years as a systems administrator, working with servers, networks, Windows, Linux and virtualization. He has also worked in filming, editing and promoting video content, including participation in recording more than 1,200 Islamic educational lectures, according to the Russian biography.
His longstanding independent study of Islamic history and Arabic helps shape Real Life's narrative. Independent study is not an academic qualification or a religious certification. The game's historical and prophetic accounts are approached from Islamic source material while original fictional scenes are distinguished from historical claims. Players are not required to adopt a religion to experience the story.
