Book a Shoot / Consultation
Shoots & edits: A 50% retainer confirms your date; the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. (Bookings $750+ can split this into a 25% retainer plus installments instead — see the Payment Plan, Multi-Service Bundle, and Flexible Date Bonus options in Terms & Conditions.)
Renting equipment through Rentals? The refundable security deposit — $100 for lighting/audio/support items, $250 for camera bodies and lenses, held via card authorization — is the only deposit needed to confirm your rental; no separate retainer applies. The full rental payment is due no later than 24 hours before pickup, and the deposit hold is released within 3 business days of the item's undamaged return.
