Who is FXpress built for, and what does it have to solve for them?

What Define Answered

Discover produced seven research insights and the realization that the product had to serve two mental models — Protected and Power — in one adaptive interface. Define turned that material into something the design could be built against:

• Who specifically is FXpress built for — sharp enough to design against?
• What is the actual problem the product solves — stated precisely enough to anchor every downstream decision?
• Where in the existing experience does the design have to intervene to make the trust conditions possible?

The Problem Statement

People sending money across borders act as their own FX analysts — making timing decisions on rates they can't evaluate, through apps that move money but never help them move it well. They suspect they lose value to bad timing, but have no trustworthy way to act on it, and they will not hand that decision to automation they can't see or stop. AI could close the gap — but only if it recommends rather than decides, explains rather than asserts, keeps the crypto rails invisible, and leaves the sender as the one who says yes.
