When you create a White Label Portal on the Atomic platform, you get a " .hostedservice.com.au" domain by default. If you want to host your portal under a custom URL, like "hosted.yourcompany.com", you can point your custom URL to the @voice domain that was provided to you with.

Here's how to do this:
- In the Custom Portal URL field, enter your desired domain name. Example: hosted.yourcompany.com
- To save this, click on the Submit button.
- Login to your web hosting company's website (eg. GoDaddy, etc.), go to Admin tools > DNS Manager > Add CNAME Record (this might vary on where you are hosting your domain, please contact your web hosting company for more help.)
- Use the below information:
Type: CNAME
Host: hosted (this is the first word that you entered in the Portal URL field). Points to: xxx.hostedservice.com.au (replace xxx with name as shown on the @voice portal under Preferred URL)
- If your Domain Host is asking for a TTL (Time_to_live), you can enter a value between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Your new custom domain is now ready to be used!
Enabling SSL on your Custom Domain
If you would like to encrypt your custom domain with an SSL certificate (for https://), please send an email to [email protected] to request for this by providing your company name as well as your custom domain URL. Please ensure that the custom domain URL is similar to what is in Custom Portal URL (Example: hosted.yourcompany.com).
