Events are large group gatherings that use large event rooms.

There are four overall types of Event Plans, and each use a specific kind of event room:

  1. Free – customize and explore your event for free; pay for hosting your event and inviting attendees.
  2. Pavilions – for networking events, with tall standing tables.
  3. Ballrooms (600 - 6,000 capacity) – for galas and occasions, with round 10–person tables. (coming soon)
  4. Auditoriums (650 - 6,000 capacity) – for conferences, summits, and conventions. (coming soon)
  5. Exhibit Halls (40 - 410 booth capacity) ****– for expos, trade shows, and opportunity fairs, with exhibit booths. (coming soon)

Events are typically used to engage people in the promotion of a product, cause, or occasion.

Events are usually organized by event planners who represent associations, corporations, nonprofits, education institutions, influencers, or families.

Can you have an event that includes a ballroom, an auditorium, and an exhibit hall?

Yes, just select a plan type and add the other event rooms as needed. (coming soon)

Can you add meeting rooms to your event?

Yes, just go to the event Builder and add the ones you need. (coming soon)
