View planners

Go to the **dashboard,**

• Click on your Workspace card
• Go to the roles tab
• View your current event and meeting planners

Click on the 3 dots and you can,

• View the planners by calendar or fiscal year.
• Export the planners to a CSV file.

Automatically assigned roles

Every Workspace owner is automatically a planner for all of the Workspace’s events or meetings.

Every Workspace **administrator** is automatically a planner for all of the Workspace’s events or meetings.

Every **planner** is automatically a host in the Viewer for all the Workspace’s events or meetings.

A **partner** is actually a planner. Planners can partner together from other organizations to build an event or meeting.
