An owner is a role in a Workspace. It ****has the highest level of access in Airevent. Owners can create, edit, and delete events, and oversee all roles within the Workspace and its events and meetings.
An owner is automatically a **planner** for all of the Workspace’s events and meetings.
A planner is automatically a host in the **Viewer** for their events and meetings.
Below is an outline of the role of an owner.
Inviting an owner
To invite a new owner,
- Go to the dashboard
- Click on a Workspace card
- Go to the roles tab
- Scroll down to owners, click on the + at the top
- In the new owner fields below, enter the owner’s information
- Click on the invite button to the left of their name
- An invitation email will automatically be sent to them
- They can login and accept the role
Owner information
- Add name, email, phone number, password, and photo
- Owners can invite administrators
- Owners automatically become planners of the events and meetings within their Workspace
- In an event or meeting, they can remove themselves from being a planner
