Partners are planners

A **partner** is actually a planner. Planners can partner together from other organizations to build an event or meeting.

A partnership takes place when two or more organizations work together to customize and put on an event or meeting.

Airevent doesn’t have a formal partnership role. However, the planner role can be used to identify and organize your event or meeting partners. You can do this in the Workspace that is over an event or meeting.

Viewing your planners

In the Workspace,

• Go to the roles tab
• Scroll down to the planners section

Here you can see the name of your planners, the organization they are with, and the events they are assigned to. Because the organization is identified, you can use this as a way to organize and track your event partnerships.
