MyCaregiverly is a proposed digital caregiving platform designed to help families in Nigeria find, compare, negotiate with, and book trusted caregivers for elderly people, sick individuals, and new mothers.
The project focused on creating a structured MVP launch plan for the platform. As the Freelance Project Manager, my role was to turn the broad product idea into a realistic project plan with clear scope, stakeholders, deliverables, risks, timelines, and success metrics.
